Festival of Angels Lighting Display

November 23rd, 2017 All Day - December 31st, 2017
Enjoy lighted displays, colorful exhibits and animated displays throughout Ponca City at the city's annual Festival of Angels. Ponca City's annual holiday lights celebration, the Festival of Angels is one of the largest animated Christmas light displays in northern Oklahoma with over 260 displays. Then head out to the Lake Ponca Duck Ponds to drive through lighted displays set to music!

The Poncan Theatre Presents: "MOANA"

An adventurous teenager sails out on a daring mission to save her people. During her journey, Moana meets the once-mighty demigod Maui, who guides her in her quest to become a master way-finder. Together they sail across the open ocean on an action-packed voyage, encountering enormous monsters and impossible odds. Along the way, Moana fulfills the ancient quest of her ancestors and discovers the one thing she always sought: her own identity.

Bison Bison Film Festival

March 30th, 2018 All Day - March 31st, 2018
A film festival of short films by emerging filmmakers who are students enrolled in college in Oklahoma, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, Arkansas, and Texas. Film length: 40 minutes or less. Genres: All. Other requirements: Film must have been created within past two years. Filmmaker must have been an enrolled student at an accredited institution (college, university, trade school, etc.) while film was made. Submissions: Film Freeway.

On the Spot Comedy Improv Show

In the style of "Whose Line is it Anyway", On the Spot kicks off their Third Season on Saturday, September 30th. You will Laugh until your cheeks hurt. No, not those cheeks. Sheesh. 101 Ranch Western Memorabilia Show

April 13th, 2018 All Day - April 14th, 2018
Located at the Carolyn Renfro Event Center, The 101 Ranch Collectors Association will be hosting a Western Antique & collectible Show commemorating the 125th Anniversary of the Founding of the Historic 101 Ranch. Mark your calendars and make plans to be a part of this festive occasion. Show hours will be Friday, April 13th from 4pm-7pm and Saturday, April 14th from 9am-5pm. Citywide Garage Sale

April 14th, 2018 All Day
For this one day ONLY the City will waive the regular requirements for a garage sale. The $5 permit won’t be required, and the garage sale will not be counted toward the yearly limit of 2. People who hold garage sales on this day are encouraged to place the leftovers out at their regular trash pickup spot for proper disposal or donate them to a local charity. Ponca City Rock & Mineral Show

2018 Heroes for Autism Auction

This will be Positive Impact's 3rd annual Heroes for Autism live and silent auction. This event will take place at the Osage Hotel and Casino at 6:00pm. Every penny earned through the auction goes directly to supporting the autism support center that we opened earlier this year. Because of the support from the community they are now able to provide therapy, social skills groups, and support groups to children with autism and other disabilities in Kay County.

Tour De Dirt

Free Concert by the Nicnōs Band

YMCA Healthy Kids Day

YMCA Healthy Kids Day is a FREE community event to promote a summer of healthy activities and programs. Activities will include Fun Run, summer program information, games, prizes and FREE access to the Y for the day. The first 100 kids to arrive will receive a free t-shirt. Swimming, rock wall climbing, and inflatable games will all be part of the fun.
