141st. Annual Ponca Celebration

White Eagle Park, home of the modern intertribal powwow and listed on the National Register of Historic Places, will be filled with hundreds of campers, dancers and tourists from across the country as the 141st Annual Ponca Powwow begins its four-day run on Thursday, August 24.
